The Michigan Department of Natural Resources, the Detroit Auto Show and the Friends of the Outdoor Adventure Center team up to bring back the Auto Show 5K!
The course starts and finishes near Huntington Place — home of the Detroit Auto Show — and takes participants on a scenic stretch by the water. Whether you’re chasing a personal best, getting in some easy miles with friends, or strolling with the kids, the 5K is designed for all paces and ages.
Tickets to the Detroit Auto Show (public days) can be purchased at a discount through the 5K event. Tickets are discounted by 25%
Early packet pick up will take place on Friday, January 16 from 4PM until 6PM at the Outdoor Adventure Center.
Race day packet pick up will take place one hour prior to the race start time at Huntington Place.
Awards will be given to first place overall and first place in each age category. 14 and under; 15-19; 20-24; 25-29; 30-34; 35-39; 40-44; 45-49; 50-54; 55-59; 60-64; 65-69; 70-74; 75 and up.
