About Forgotten Harvest
Forgotten Harvest is a Metro Detroit–based nonprofit dedicated to relieving hunger and preventing food waste. The organization rescues surplus, fresh, and perishable food from grocery stores, restaurants, farms, and other approved sources and distributes it—free of charge—to families in need through a network of mobile pantries and community partners. Each day, Forgotten Harvest helps feed thousands of individuals while promoting sustainability, equity, and dignity across Southeast Michigan.
We’re honored to partner with the Detroit Auto Show for this exciting and impactful event. The support from The Gallery will directly help us deliver fresh, nutritious meals to those who need it most, while also shining a spotlight on the ongoing issue of food insecurity in our region.
